With over 30 years of clinical experience, David Trumbore PT, DPT has developed an expertise in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and has helped thousands of clients reach their rehabilitation and fitness goals.

Dr.  Trumbore received his baccalaureate degree in physical therapy from Temple University and his doctoral degree in physical therapy from Widener University and has also held advanced certifications as a Certified Pilates Instructor, Certified Strength and Conditioning Instructor and Certified Weight Trainer.

Dr. Trumbore has developed advanced clinical skills in orthopedic soft-tissue rehabilitation as well as post-fracture and surgical management. Additionally, he has an affinity toward the areas of weight loss, wellness and fitness and has lectured and served as a consultant in these areas.

Combining traditional physical therapy rehabilitation with Pilates and wellness, Dr. Trumbore provides a unique rehabilitation program that treats the whole body. His treatments are personalized, effective and provided in a friendly atmosphere.

When not treating patients, Dr. Trumbore enjoys exercising, doing magic and playing guitar.

Physical Therapist

Monica graduated from Harcum College with an Associates of Science in Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) and has over 20 years of outpatient physical therapy experience.  Monica has developed an expertise in orthopedic physical therapy as well as management of peripheral neuropathy.  Monica has been with UPT since May 2012 and has enjoyed working with a great team to provide excellent care for all patients.

Monica loves spending time with her daughter, 2 dogs and her husband.  She is a weekend DIY warrior.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Adriene graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and is working toward a PHD in Physical Therapy.   Adriene monitors and assists patients with their exercise and therapy program, as prescribed by the therapist, ensuring all follow up clinic functions are noted and adhered to.

Adriene loves playing ultimate Frisbee, weight training, and preforming magic tricks.  

PT Technician

Colleen is a graduate of The Community College of Philadelphia and has been with Ultimate Physical Therapy for 7 years.  Colleen enjoys making sure patients are properly scheduled and their needs met to ensure the best possible experience here at UPT.  She enjoys working as a team player and making sure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.  

When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Office Manager

Lisa started out in the legal field, but switched over to the medical field over thirty years ago.  She has worked in transcription, credentialing, records production, and billing.  She has experience in family practice, orthopedic, chiropractic, and physical therapy.  She specializes in claims follow up, dealing with various insurances and attorneys.  Her hobbies include gardening and home renovations; and she loves to spend time with her children and two grandchildren, Noah and Lucas.  

Billing Specialist

Vince is responsible for leading all the non clinical aspects of the practice including sales, marketing, finance and administration.  Vince earned his CPA in New Jersey and MBA in finance from Drexel University and has over 20 years of C Level experience in the areas of business turn around, top and bottom line growth, acquisitions and financing including 12 within healthcare the most recent as Chief Financial Officer for Prescription Advisory Systems and Technology, Inc .

Practice Manager

Herb leads generating additional patients to be treated at UPT, referred by local physician groups.  He is a Business Development / Sales professional with over 30 years of success in HealthCare and IT focused on helping providers leverage advanced technologies to improve outcomes.  Herb has developed & implemented business development plans, secured and managed partners and OEM’s.  Expertise includes project scoping and management, 6-Sigma; contract T's & C's, Science Degree & clinical experience; US Army veteran with Vietnam wartime service. Entire career in Philadelphia area.
